Keeps your BMW's hood open, replace in pairs only

The last thing you ever want is for the hood of your BMW to clock you in the head when you are working under the hood. BMW uses pressurized gas shocks to keep the hood open negating the need for a tradition hood prop. With age these pressurized air shocks can develop slow leaks where they stop working. If your hood refuses to stay open make sure you replace the hood struts in pairs.
